OEM / ODM
We work with distributors and brands that need their own product line, not generic relabeling. If your team already has a target market and sales channel, we can build around that commercial reality. Documentation expectations for serious orders are summarized on Trust & Quality.
Typical commercial bands
These are experience ranges for planning—not a promise until your SKU is quoted. Your signed PI or contract overrides this page.
- MOQ
- Quoted per SKU and design complexity. Catalog-style packs often start at modest volumes; deep mechanical or BMS changes push the entry quantity up. We give a number only after drawing review.
- Sample lead time
- Roughly 2–6 weeks from agreed drawing freeze for many pack programs. New housing tooling, special tests, or holiday factory blocks can add time—we state the calendar in the sample PO.
- Mass production lead time
- Roughly 4–10 weeks from deposit, material lock, and released BOM for typical runs. Large container orders or tight cell allocation windows can stretch this; your quotation will show the band we can commit to.
- NRE and tooling
- Fixtures, molds, certification samples, and third-party lab slots are billed or quoted separately when they apply. Nothing hidden—we list them before you pay a sample invoice.
What we can customize
- Battery pack electrical and enclosure customization based on your target use case
- Private-label support for labels, cartons, manuals, and pallet marks
- Pre-shipment document package aligned with your importer and compliance checklist
- Engineering follow-up from sample review through pilot and mass production

Step 1 · NDA and requirement intake
You share target market, inverter ecosystem, volume plan, and compliance scope. We confirm feasibility and data needed for quoting.
Step 2 · Technical freeze and sample
Mechanical layout, electrical limits, and labeling files are frozen. Sample schedule and validation criteria are agreed in writing.
Step 3 · Pilot and mass release
After sample sign-off, we run pilot lots, lock QC checkpoints, then release volume production with shipment documentation.
Before we quote
Please prepare expected annual volume, target country, required certificates, and your launch timeline. That lets us give you a realistic MOQ and lead-time range from the start.
