These Terms govern your use of the Rongkai Energy public website. They are separate from any purchase order, proforma invoice, supply agreement, or other contract you may sign for physical goods. Capitalised product descriptions, performance figures, and certification mentions on the site are summaries only.

You may not attempt unauthorised access to our systems, scrape the site in a way that impairs performance, introduce malware, misrepresent your identity, or use automated tools to overload the service. We may suspend access where abuse is detected.

No offer; enquiries are non-binding

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell. Product pages illustrate typical configurations. Prices, lead times, Incoterms, and compliance packages are valid only when confirmed in a written quotation or contract issued by an authorised signatory for Henan Rongkai Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. Submitting the contact form does not create a buyer–seller relationship until mutual documents say so.

Intellectual property and feedback

Trademarks, layout, text, and curated technical copy on the site belong to us or our licensors unless stated. You may not copy substantial portions for competing catalogues without permission.
