Trust & Quality

What to verify before you pay: documents, factory evidence, and realistic performance claims.

International battery and inverter projects fail when paperwork, transport classification, or inverter protocol assumptions are wrong. This page lists how we reduce those risks without promising approvals we do not control—utilities, customs, and insurers always have the final say. Where you need bankable evidence, we align inspection scope and document drop dates before production release.

What a professional buyer should verify

  • Company registration, beneficiary account details, and export license class for the HS codes on your PO.
  • Product-level certificates (CE, IEC, UN38.3 for cells/modules/packs where applicable) tied to the exact model and production location on the label.
  • BMS integration protocol and inverter compatibility letter for the firmware you plan to deploy.
  • Warranty deed with jurisdiction, settlement process, and exclusions for misuse or unauthorized service.
  • Commissioning report template so your site team signs off measurable parameters (SOC window, charge rate limits, fault codes).
  • Chain of custody for revision-controlled datasheets: revision number, release date, and applicability to your serial-number range.
  • Spare-parts list, firmware update policy, and cybersecurity / remote-access posture if monitoring is enabled.

Compliance posture

We engineer platforms toward widely requested international norms and transport rules. Destination-specific marks, utility interconnect studies, or importer-of-record registrations are quoted separately when they are not part of the base factory package. We will not display a certification logo on the website until legal artwork is cleared for that market. Marks on shipping labels always follow the executed documentation for your PO.

Manufacturing and QC discipline

Production uses structured incoming inspection, process checks on critical torque and weld steps where relevant, and outgoing verification aligned to each SKU's test plan. Traceability ties pack serials to cell batches when the design supports it, supporting root-cause analysis if a field issue appears. Critical safety components are sourced under approved AVL rules unless an engineer change order is approved.

Documents you can request before shipment

Availability depends on NDA stage and order status. Typical items include:

  • Factory and social audit summaries for qualified partners.
  • Product datasheet and installation manual in English (additional languages when offered).
  • Type-test summaries or third-party lab references appropriate to the SKU.
  • MSDS and dangerous-goods classification memo for the battery SKU and selected carrier mode.
  • Factory acceptance test (FAT) checklist and optional customer witness slot.
  • Warranty and limited liability terms as executed for your contract entity.
  • Declaration of conformity or importer-facing compliance pack templates where your customs broker expects a standard structure.

How we talk about performance numbers

Cycle life, RTE, and failure-rate figures on brochures are reference values from controlled test regimes. Actual field results depend on depth-of-discharge, temperature management, installer configuration, and maintenance. Where a number is business-critical—such as capacity guarantee for a financier—we align on a measurement protocol in the contract instead of relying on a website headline.
